For over 50 years, Queens, NY-based Reality House, Inc. has provided person-centered, trauma-informed programs to individuals and families facing addiction and related challenges. To support their expansion goals, Reality House needed to consolidate their existing brand assets and establish a cohesive brand system that effectively communicates their comprehensive services and compassionate approach.

Challenge

Reality House set a goal to expand its outpatient program by acquiring a second location to meet growing community needs. However, their existing website and collateral did not effectively convey the comprehensive, state-of-the-art, accredited services they provide. To raise awareness and distinguish themselves as a leading service provider, they needed a brand refresh that accurately reflected the skill, empathy, and dedication of their diverse staff.

Solution

To position Reality House as a destination service provider, we refreshed their brand by synthesizing three low-resolution logo variations into a crisp, modern logo that clearly represents their mission. We introduced a vibrant color palette and typography that embodies the optimism, energy, and empathy central to their services.

Given privacy considerations, we utilized stock photography that is warm and reflective of the diversity of both the client base and the professionals who support them.

The new brand was implemented across an engaging, user-friendly website featuring client testimonials, an event calendar, photo albums, and an extensive list of service providers. Additionally, we updated Reality House's stationery and created an educational brochure to complete the brand refresh. These updates reinforce Reality House's role as a trusted support system for individuals and families striving to overcome addiction.
